Wellbeing & learning boundaries
Practice at your own pace, with your wellbeing in mind.
The role of STILLORA
STILLORA’s materials and planned courses are intended for education, meditation practice, mindfulness and general wellbeing. They do not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, counselling or psychotherapy. Outcomes vary, and we do not promise a particular health result.
You can pause or stop
Participation is optional. If an activity feels uncomfortable or distressing, stop and choose what feels appropriate for you. If you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for your circumstances, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
AI has limits
The planned AI mentor is a course-learning tool. It should not be relied on for clinical decisions, emergencies or replacing professional care. It can make mistakes and needs clear feedback and review arrangements.
When you need other support
If you need medical or psychological support, contact a qualified professional or relevant local service. For immediate danger or an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Our enquiry email and any future community are not emergency channels.
