Who to contact

STILLORA PTE. LTD. is responsible for the information we receive through enquiries to STILLORA. Contact info@stilloralife.com with “Privacy” in the subject for questions, requests or concerns.

What this website does today

The website provides information, a device-local course shortlist and enquiry or support email drafts. It does not currently offer learner accounts, payments, AI conversations, saved journals or member discussions. We will update this notice before introducing those services.

Your enquiry

The enquiry form works in your browser. It uses the details you enter to prepare a message; it does not submit those fields to a website database. You choose whether to open your email app and send the message. Copying the draft places it on your device’s clipboard.

If you send an email, we receive your email address, message, course interests and any other information you choose to include. We use this to reply, understand your request and discuss possible course arrangements. Please avoid sending private medical records, passwords or payment-card details.

Website delivery & preferences

Our site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and its delivery infrastructure. Hosting, security and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security events to deliver and protect their services.

The site stores your privacy choice for up to 180 days and the course shortlist you choose to create for up to 30 days after its last change. It reads or saves a music-volume preference between visits only after you accept optional preferences; withdrawing permission removes that value. It does not currently include advertising pixels, session recording or an audience-analytics tag. Hosting and security services may use their own technical mechanisms. Why information is used

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss a service you have asked about. Where UK or European data-protection law applies, this can involve taking steps at your request before an agreement, or our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and protecting our services. We do not treat a course enquiry as permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers & international processing

Enquiry emails pass through your email provider and our business email service. Site delivery and security also involve service providers. Their systems may process information outside your country. Contact us if you need further details about the providers, locations or arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

We share enquiry information with people handling the request and service providers needed to deliver the service. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.

How long information is needed

Unsent form content is not saved to a STILLORA website account or database. Your browser or email application may retain information under its own settings, including drafts and autofill.

For received emails, the relevant period depends on whether the enquiry is still active, whether it leads to a booking, and any record-keeping or dispute requirements that apply. Information should no longer be retained when there is no continuing business or legal need. Provider logs and email backups follow the applicable service arrangements.

Your choices & requests

You can ask about the information we hold, request access or correction, or ask for deletion by emailing info@stilloralife.com. Depending on where you are and the applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable form, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You can raise a concern with your relevant data-protection authority, including Singapore’s PDPC, the UK ICO or the appropriate European authority where applicable.

Children & updates

Our planned learning service is intended for adults. Please do not send children’s personal information through the enquiry form. If such information has been sent, contact us so we can address it.

This notice describes the current website. If we introduce accounts, analytics, marketing subscriptions or AI learning, the relevant information and choices will be provided before those features collect additional data.
