You can enquire about a custom programme for yourself, a private group or a team. Include the group size, experience, goals, language and preferred timing. Scope, availability and a quote must be agreed before booking.

No. AI mentoring is in development. The current website does not contain an AI chat service. Our intended first version will answer text questions related to approved course material.

We plan to use an original, clearly identified AI teaching persona with reviewed course scripts. Any use of a real teacher’s materials, voice or likeness needs appropriate permission. We will explain who is responsible for the course before enrolment opens.

No AI learning account or reflection journal is operating on this website. Before introducing one, we will explain what is saved, whether it is used to improve the service, who can access it and what choices you have. Personalisation and model training are different uses.

STILLORA is intended for education, personal practice and general wellbeing. It does not provide diagnosis, counselling, psychotherapy or emergency support. If a practice feels uncomfortable, stop or choose another activity; contact an appropriate professional if you need clinical support.

Yes. Use the sound control to pause music and the video control to pause the homepage film. The site also respects reduced-motion settings and uses a still image when certain connection-saving settings are detected.
